I've already invest more hours, or should I say days, in it than I'd care to admit and it still feels like I've only just scratched the surface. If you were a fan of Fallout 3 or New Vegas, then you'll be in familiar territory. The story is bigger and better than ever and there are so many side missions and other features you can ignore it altogether. Instead you can spend hours building settlements, customising and naming your weapons and armour. Needless to say as a huge Farscape fan one of my fist tasks was building a bad-ass handgun called Winona.
The voice acting is superb, the characterisations rich and detailed. On occasion it feels like some of characters in the various side missions have had more time and effort put into their back story than some games put into the main storyline. Given the amount of content that's already there I can only wonder at what the DLC will offer when it comes.
On the writing front I'm hoping to 'flesh out' the zombie story I touched on last week. Set in Soviet Russia in 1960's, embracing the Caucasus and Moscow, amongst other locations and featuring plenty of teeth on flesh action, it will hopefully make an appearance in 2016/17.
Best Wishes for festive season and New Year whatever gods you do or don't worship.
